Jared Clark founded Evata to do one thing well: put frontier AI to work inside regulated, high-stakes operations — and make it stand up under audit. He brings a combination few in AI can match: a JD and an MBA, 15+ years leading quality and FDA regulatory programs, and daily hands-on work building production AI systems for the industries where accuracy and accountability are non-negotiable.

That work is already in clients' hands. Jared embeds AI directly into live compliance and quality programs — the implementation most consultants only describe. He architected Nova QMS, an AI-driven quality management system which, among other things, traces the full ripple effect of a single SOP edit across all documentation, and can audit all quality records against pre-set criteria at the time of creation as well as all at once in a single instantaneous audit. What's more, human judgment is preserved and every action leaves an audit trail for full compliance and traceability.

The credibility behind that is hard-won. Through Certify Consulting Group — his quality, GMP, and FDA certification practice — he has guided 200+ organizations to successful GMP and ISO certification with a 100% first-time pass rate, and has served as fractional VP of Quality & Regulatory Affairs for several FDA-regulated manufacturers. He holds triple ASQ certification in GMP, quality auditing, and organizational quality, plus credentials in regulatory affairs, computer-system validation, and project management — and has published protocol white papers on transparent, auditable AI. Most AI consultants come from tech; Jared comes from the audit room.
